Kathryn Strickland is a registered dietitian with a bachelor’s degree in nutritional science obtained at California State University, Los Angeles. Her expertise includes general nutrition therapy, diabetes nutrition therapy, and plant-based eating.

Kathryn is committed to providing personalized evidence-based nutrition care for her patients and clients to help them improve their health. She is experienced in performing medical nutrition therapy in a clinical setting and in educating patients in both individual and group settings. Kathryn is branching out into private practice as well as starting up her own nutrition blog to provide evidence-based nutrition regarding diabetes and plant-based eating.

Kathryn is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
