Megan Wochnick is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who emphasizes that Dietitians are not here to critique or judge other’s current diets but instead to provide credible information and continuous support on their transformation to a healthier lifestyle. Her two food philosophies include ‘Eat when you’re hungry’ and ‘Try everything twice.’
Megan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition through the Didactic Program in Dietetics and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Minnesota. She has since been working at a Long-term Acute Care Hospital providing medical nutritional therapy with a focus on ventilator weaning, TBI recovery, wound healing, and severe malnutrition.
Besides providing Enteral Nutrition interventions, she provides diet education and counseling to patients with diabetes, kidney failure, dysphagia, and more. Along with her Nutrition degree, Megan has earned a BBA in Marketing through the University of Minnesota Duluth.
