Lenna Kamps, RD

Lenna Kamps is a registered dietitian with extensive experience working with a wide range of clients, from pregnant mothers and infants to the geriatric population. She has been a registered dietitian for 5 years and is the owner of Practical Nutrition located in Post Falls, Idaho.

Lenna is a graduate of the University of Idaho’s Coordinated Program in Dietetics. She has a Certificate of Training in Pediatric and Adult Obesity Management from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

Lenna lives in Post Falls, Idaho, with her husband and two stepchildren.
