Katharine Klepin, MS, RDN

Katharine is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in San Diego, California and holds a dual Master’s in Nutritional Science and Exercise Physiology from San Diego State University. Having been in the wellness industry for over five years specializing in weight management, adaptive exercise and behavior change, Katharine maintains a strong commitment to equipping her clients with knowledge and support to improve their own health.

Her experience has taken her from working with aging and injured athletes to those suffering from chronic comorbidities as well as those suffering from psychological stress. She continues to widen her integrative nutrition experience and appreciates when her clients can educate her on their specific cultural, personal, or other needs. When she is not helping others achieve their nutrition goals, she enjoys teaching Pilates and Barre method exercise classes and spending time with family.
