Read moreErika Siracusa is an enthusiastic registered dietitian nutritionist who has a passion for sharing her knowledge of nutrition and wellness. She holds a bachelor of science degree in nutrition and dietetics from Simmons University in Boston, MA.
Erika started her career in food service management with Morrison Healthcare, where she specialized in patient experience at renowned hospitals across the country. She later completed her dietetic internship with the Priority Nutrition Care Distance Dietetic Internship to attain her registered dietitian credentials.
Erika currently works for a Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed) program in Pennsylvania, where she supports its statewide health-focused social marketing campaign targeting low-income individuals. She also develops and reviews website and social media content as well as nutrition education materials for distribution to low-income individuals.
Erika is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, and taking dance classes.
