Read moreDr. Brijesh Malkani is a board-certified neurologist and sleep medicine specialist based in New York. He is an expert in a wide array of neurologic conditions, from common back pain to complicated migraines, seizures, stroke, dementia, multiple sclerosis, vertigo, sleep disorders, and many more.
Dr. Malkani obtained his medical degree from the NYU School of Medicine and completed his internship in internal medicine at Maimonides Medical Center. He then completed his residency in neurology at NYU Medical Center and his fellowship in sleep medicine from the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Malkani is currently a clinical assistant professor and the director of sleep neurology at Mount Sinai Hospital, Riverside Medical Group. He is also the assistant director of the Department of Sleep Medicine and the director of the Neurology Rotation of the Internal Medicine Program of St. John’s Riverside Hospital.
Dr. Malkani is a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and American Academy of Neurology. In 2019 and 2020, he was awarded the Castle Connolly designation of “Top Doctors” in neurology in the New York area.
