Read moreDr. Veerula (Dr. V) is a board-certified dermatologist who has been in medical practice for the past 6 years. She grew up in Fort Wayne, IN. She attended Canterbury High School and left for Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) to pursue an accelerated BS/MD course.
After graduating from Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) in 2012, Dr. Veerula returned to Indiana for residency, completing her Internal Medicine Residency in later that year. She completed her Dermatology Residency at Indiana University in 2016.
Dr. Veerula is an energetic, proactive, and compassionate medical practitioner, with a thorough understanding of overall mind-body-spiritual wellness. She started her own practice, Integrative Dermatology & Laser Spa, in November 2017.
There, she focuses on integrative approaches to aesthetics and healthy skin by utilizing evidence-based Western approaches learned during the residency in conjunction with a variety of mind-body centered Eastern techniques, such as lifestyle changes, yoga, meditation to promote proactive healing in her patients.
Dr. Veerula shares her knowledge and passion for vibrant living with her patients to empower them to live more fulfilling, balanced, and active lives.
Dr. Veerula stays grounded and energized through her own dedicated wellness routine, which includes daily smoothies, yoga, and meditation practice. She enjoys being outdoors, hiking with her Australian Shepard mix, Iso, and relaxing with family and friends. Dr. Veerula looks forward to growing, motivating, learning, and sharing with all of her patients and colleagues.
