Shiza Khan is a dietitian and healthcare writer and editor whose expertise includes diet planning, lifestyle counseling, digital marketing, creative writing, and social media management. She obtained a bachelor of home science degree from Mumbai University and a master’s degree in clinical nutrition and dietetics from SNDT Women’s University in India. She then pursued a master’s degree in creative writing from the University of Hull in the United Kingdom.
