Shiza Khan is a dietitian and healthcare writer and editor whose expertise includes diet planning, lifestyle counseling, digital marketing, creative writing, and social media management. She obtained a bachelor of home science degree from Mumbai University and a master’s degree in clinical nutrition and dietetics from SNDT Women’s University in India. She then pursued a master’s degree in creative writing from the University of Hull in the United Kingdom.
Shiza is the cofounder of Nutropolis, an online diet consultation business that seeks to promote holistic living and improve the self-esteem of its clients. She assesses the health of her clients and addresses their nutritional needs through diet plan preparation and lifestyle counseling, among others.
Shiza is also serving as a content lead and editor for a healthcare digital marketing company, where she plans, organizes, and creates content for marketing and social media. She is the author of Basic Nutrition Cookbook, a nutrition cookbook for beginners and those seeking to make simple changes to their diet. She is also currently working on a fantasy novel.
