Nutrition As Compass is her private practice, providing compassionate, patient-centered nutrition therapy and counseling to clients with a variety of health conditions using an integrative and functional approach. She meets with her clients either in person at locations in Bonney Lake, Covington, and Tacoma in Washington or virtually from the comfort of wherever they happen to be.
Robin graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in food and nutrition with a didactic program in dietetics. She completed her dietetic internship with Garden to Table Nutrition based out of Bothell, WA, and successfully passed the Commission on Dietetic Registration exam to be a licensed registered dietitian nutritionist.
Robin works within the integrative-functional clinical realm and focuses on sustainable, whole-food nutrition with an emphasis on plant-based patterns and healthy, albeit balanced, living. She utilizes evidence-based medical nutrition therapy and behavioral counseling to help her clients achieve their goals, whether they are optimizing nutrition and/or performance, preventing or mitigating chronic health conditions, or simply improving quality of life.
