Rakesh Vadde, MD, FCCP

Dr. Rakesh Vadde, FCCP, is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Critical Care Medicine. He is an Assistant Professor at Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and is simultaneously working as a Pulmonary and Critical Care Attending at Southern Ohio Medical Center, USA.

Dr. Vadde has demonstrated excellence, dedication, and leadership in chest medicine. He has played an active role in advancing the field of chest medicine and critical care and was granted “Fellow of American College of Chest Physicians” in 2018.

Dr. Vadde pursued his MBBS from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in Davngere, India before moving onto the US for his prior studies. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Pulmonary medicine from Interfaith Medical Center, New York. He also did a fellowship in Critical Care Medicine from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York.
