Precious Nwokeleme is a registered dietitian nutritionist with a passion for health and wellness. She received her bachelor’s degree in food science and nutrition from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 2019. She completed her dietetic internship with Aramark Distance Dietetic Internship at the University of Maryland Systems and Harford County Public Schools. She plans to further her education and earn a master’s degree in public health.
Precious believes that food should not only be nutritious but delicious. She aspires to help people, especially minorities, to build a positive relationship with food. She also hopes to teach them how to make healthy eating easy, simple, affordable, and fun. This way, people are creating sustainable behavior changes that turn into a lifestyle.
Precious is a content contributor to Flourish Heights, a health and wellness community focused on educating women of color about health. She writes quarterly health and wellness articles for women to understand the powerful relationship between food and their bodies.
Precious enjoys spending time with her friends and family, listening to podcasts, taking long walks, and browsing YouTube for recipes. Her portfolio can be accessed online, and she may also be reached on Instagram (@miss_chinwee).
