Pradeep Atla, MD

Dr. Pradeep Atla is a board-certified gastroenterologist who specializes in both diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy. He has been in medical practice for over 13 years and has acquired hands-on experience in various realms of gastroenterology, which includes Colorectal Cancer prevention, Celiac Disease, and Liver Diseases, especially nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH).

He received his medical degree from the Armed Forces Medical College, India. He earned a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from Wichita State University, Kansas. He then completed his Internal Medicine residency from Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center in New York before pursuing a Gastroenterology fellowship at the University of California San Francisco, Fresno.

He has authored several original research publications and, presented his research at national and international meetings. He also serves as a peer reviewer for several medical journals. Painting is another passion Dr. Atla pursues during his free time.
