Patrick Moser, FNP-BC, RN

Patrick Moser is a nationally certified family nurse practitioner who primarily works with adult patients with mental health conditions or problems with addiction. With a background in primary care, he has expertise in both acute and chronic medical conditions. Outside of mental health, he has extensive experience with cardiovascular disease and diabetes in a primary care setting. He is also an expert in behavioral health, insomnia, and smoking cessation.

Patrick earned his bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh, and his master’s degree in nursing from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. He is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center

Patrick strives to provide holistic, individualized care that focuses not only on patient conditions but also on the effects of illness on the lives of patients and their families.
