Noelle Stock is a registered dietitian nutritionist and a skilled health and fitness professional. She combines her master-level credentials with 15 years of experience in empowering clients to create healthy, active, and sustainable lifestyle behaviors that promote well-being, prevent disease, optimize health, and achieve peak performance.
Noelle’s passion for nutrition blossomed as a Division I collegiate athlete, which fueled her workouts and earned her championship titles in the sport of rowing. She earned a bachelor’s degree in human nutrition and foods from West Virginia University, Morgantown, WV, and a master’s degree in clinical nutrition from Rush University, Chicago, IL. She then developed her wellness coaching style by working with hundreds of clients in a variety of settings, including research, healthcare, universities, and fitness centers.
Noelle is an ACE-certified group fitness instructor and enjoys guiding students in yoga practice, meditation, high-intensity intervals, and ZUMBA dance parties! She earned the premier performance nutrition credential as a certified specialist in sports dietetics (CSSD), and she currently works with students studying performing arts (“athletes in the arts”) to prepare them for professional roles and performances in film, TV, and theater.
Additionally, Noelle maintains her credentials as a personal trainer (ACSM-CPT), yoga teacher (RYT 200), and Wellcoaches-certified health and wellness coach (CHWC). Positivity, mindfulness, hard work, and resilience are qualities she embodies to empower others along their journeys. She believes that the journey toward achieving any goal is the reward.
Outside of work, Noelle enjoys quality time with her family and friends, traveling, laughing, sweating, rowing, paddle boarding, cycling, remodeling homes, gardening, cooking, and photographing the beauty of the present moment.
