Nicole DeMasi Malcher is a registered dietitian, diabetes educator, and speaker with over 10 years of experience in the health and wellness field. She graduated from the University of Rhode Island, Kingston, RI, with a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics. She obtained a master’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, and food science and completed her dietetic internship from California State University, Northridge, CA.
Nicole is the founder of DeMasi Nutrition, a virtual nutrition coaching practice based in Los Angeles. She works with adults to help them improve their health through personalized diet and lifestyle changes. She specializes in individual and family nutrition counseling, digestive health, weight management, kidney disease, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, pregnancy, lactation, and sports nutrition.
Nicole is an NCBDE-certified diabetes educator, and an advanced diabetes educator in pump therapy (ADEPT), a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and a member of the Nutrition Entrepreneurs Dietetic Practice Group.
