Laurie Anne Trezza, RN, BSN, NASM-CPT, CES

Laurie Anne Trezza is a registered nurse, certified personal trainer, and corrective exercise specialist. She attended Rutgers College of Nursing for her undergraduate degree and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) for her personal training certification.

Over her nursing tenure, she has held positions in telemetry cardiac care, medical/surgical nursing, infection control and infectious disease, and public health for adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations. She is a former nurse epidemiologist at both Hackensack University Medical Center and the Columbia Medical Center of the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital.

After a lengthy recovery from much-needed bilateral knee replacements in 2013, Laurie discovered pain-free movement and never looked back.

Wanting to share her passion for fitness, Laurie now focuses her efforts on health and wellness programs geared toward keeping individuals of all ages in motion throughout their lifespan. She especially enjoys working with clients through their recovery from joint replacement or other life-altering situations.
