Lauren E. Mongold, RN, MSN, NP-C

Lauren Mongold is a family nurse practitioner based in Moorefield, WV, and has served as a registered nurse in long-term care, medical-surgical nursing, and emergency care. She has extensive nursing experience and a thorough understanding of pathophysiology and pharmacology.

Lauren completed her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Shenandoah University, Winchester, VA, and earned her master’s degree in nursing with a certification in advanced family practice from Wheeling Jesuit University, Wheeling, WV. She has been trained by a board-certified dermatologist to diagnose and complete routine procedures for the treatment of dermatological conditions. Lauren has also completed her training to be a certified medical examiner for the Department of Transportation.

Lauren strives to provide holistic patient care. She has a passion for helping others and improving quality of life, and she is a firm believer in evidence-based healthcare practices. Lauren continues to improve her education through research and additional training, and she stays up to date on the latest advancements in her field.
