Ifeanyi Olele, DO, MBA, MS

Dr. Ifeanyi Olele is a board-certified psychiatrist who specializes in schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health conditions. Dr. Olele completed his undergraduate studies in psychobiology at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He received a medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) and an MBA in health services administration from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. He also earned a master’s degree in medical science from Hampton University in Hampton, VA.

After finishing medical school, Dr. Olele completed his psychiatry residency and served as chief resident in Larkin Community Hospital in Miami, Florida. He then received training on maternal mental health at the Seleni Institute and cognitive behavior therapy at the Beck Institute.

Dr. Olele is the CEO of Genesis Psychiatric Solutions, LLC. As a psychiatrist, he offers individualized care to patients aged 14 and up, and his offices are conveniently located in McLean, Virginia, and Washington, DC, with easy access to Maryland and nearby communities in Northern Virginia. Moreover, Dr. Olele is the medical director of Inner City Family Services Inc. in Washington, DC, where he also provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychoeducation to patient populations in an outpatient mental health clinic.

Dr. Olele’s goal is to provide quality care to patients and share with students, allied health care members, and consultants his medical knowledge in academic, business, government, and hospital settings. He seeks partnerships with diverse communities and institutions that will aid in his continued growth as a competent physician, teacher, and administrative leader.
