Holly is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) currently based in Michigan. She has worked in the areas of worksite wellness, weight loss, personal training, sports nutrition, and disordered eating. She has international experience consulting restaurants for menu analysis and loves teaching others about nutrition. She currently helps develop curriculum for Kalamazoo Valley Community College Community Culinary Nutrition program.
