Grace Goodwin Dwyer is a registered dietitian and licensed nutritionist who specializes in women’s health. She holds a master’s degree in food policy and applied nutrition from Tufts University, Boston, MA, and a master’s degree in health and wellness with a concentration on lactation from Union Institute and University, Cincinnati, OH.
Grace helps women feel more confident about how they’re eating, especially during life phases such as preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. Her approach enables women to find the balance between getting the right nutrients while still eating intuitively and enjoying the foods they love. Grace also helps women work through disordered eating and body image issues to find a healthy, sustainable relationship with food.
Grace is a certified lactation counselor and also a registered yoga and barre teacher. Grace sees clients virtually as well as in person.
