Read moreGiancarlo Spinelli is a 22-year-old senior exercise physiology student. Born in NYC, most of his adult life was spent in New York State. There, he competed in bodybuilding, earning the Long Island Championship title within the Teenage Division in 2016. In 2018, he became a certified personal trainer, leading young athletes and older adults to success.
During his time attending Liberty University, Giancarlo played for the school’s nationally recognized “Flames” paintball team. Events in which the team competed included NCPA Nationals 2019 and many EPL tournaments. Recently, he received certificates in speed performance (CSS) and tactical strength and conditioning (TSAC-F).
Currently in his senior year, Giancarlo is completing an internship at Cressey Sports Performance (CSP), which is a renowned training organization with two locations, one in Massachusetts and another in Florida. CSP specializes in overhead and rotational performance enhancement (such as pitching and swinging), and its clientele base consists of both amateur and professional baseball and golf athletes.
Following this internship, Giancarlo will seek full-time opportunities in professional athletic strength training and conditioning.
