Evelyn completed her first degree in Psychology at SUNY Brockport and continued on to receive her baccalaureate degree in Nutrition in Dietetics at the University of North Florida. She finished her dietetic internship with the Wellness Workdays distance program out of Hingham, MA. Evelyn is a clinical dietitian who works in both inpatient and outpatient settings, driven by a passion to deliver the best nutrition and wellness assistance to patients at any life stage.

She works to improve the health of patients in the acute setting by assessing overall nutrition status and providing nutrition interventions. She counsels patients in the outpatient setting through motivational interviewing and by providing support and education for a variety of nutrition-related health conditions including weight loss and diabetes education. She is currently working toward her Certification for Diabetes Educator (CDE).

Evelyn strives to find new and creative approaches to help her clients reach their desired weight goals by reviewing the most current research and nutrition trends using evidenced-based practices. She carries a certification in obesity and weight management, and is looking forward to her next professional training class,

Outside of her fulltime job, she works as a wellness and accountability coach to help women sustain happy and healthy lifestyles through fitness programs and teaching healthy eating behaviors. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor runs, hikes, and travel.
