Dr. Diane Chen is a board-certified general dentist currently practicing in Connecticut. Her passion for health care and appreciation for serving members of the community inspired her to earn her DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from the University of Connecticut, a program that integrates oral health with whole-body health by having the dental and medical students share curriculum.
Dr. Chen practiced dentistry for 4 years in Philadelphia, near her childhood hometown. Her experience serving a diverse, urban neighborhood has been the foundation of her practice philosophy to treat every patient with respect and individualized care.
She returned to Connecticut 3 years ago to continue practicing family dentistry. She is honored to treat patients of all ages and backgrounds, delivering quality dental care with a gentle hand and a compassionate heart.
She has worked in both DSO as well as private office settings, and her broad range of experience has rendered her proficient in all aspects of general dentistry which includes restorative periodontics, oral surgery, endodontics, fixed and removable prosthodontics, orthodontics among others.
Outside of the office Dr. Chen enjoys spending time with her husband, infant daughter, and rescue dog. She loves swimming, spicy food, and volunteering in her community.
