Courtney Jackson, MPH, CN

Alternative Text

Courtney is a seasoned Nutritionist and Public Health professional who first began her journey by struggling with her own health from a young age. She decided to pursue her interest in disease etiology by attending Bastyr University, one of the nation’s top naturopathic-based universities. Here, she learned how to approach nutrition and health from a holistic point of view.

As a promoter of whole foods and intuitive eating, Courtney admires one of Hippocrates’s famous quotes, “Let food be thy medicine, and let medicine be thy food.” She feels that proper nutrition is one of the many pieces that contribute to disease prevention and a happy, healthy life.

She is an experienced nutrition writer and researcher with years of work in physical activity instruction. She has a passion for people and loves to promote new and fascinating nutrition findings. Courtney is most practiced in digestive dysfunction and health as well as supplementation.

In her personal life, Courtney spends her time outside hiking, skiing, or snowshoeing. She finds that stress relief outdoors greatly improves her mental and physical health. She will do anything to simply breathe fresh air after a long week.
