Ashley Juste, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Ashley Juste is a family nurse practitioner based in Las Vegas who holds patient-centered care at the top of her values. In all her professional dealings, Ashley strives to move beyond the clinically cold patient-nurse dynamics and cultivate a more personal bond with each person she helps convalesce.

Ashley obtained her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and her master’s degree in family practice nursing from the University of South Alabama.

Soon after graduating, Ashley went on to work at one of the largest hospitals in the Las Vegas valley, where she acquired invaluable experience in orthopedics, neurology, cardiology, trauma services, and hospital administration. Moreover, her insights into acute care, administration, and international volunteer work equipped her to offer a more holistic form of patient care.

Ashley is also driven by a deep passion to make a difference, particularly by playing her part in fighting the health disparities that affect the LGBTQ and other marginalized communities. It gives her a sense of purpose and pushes her to do more and to do better.
