Ana Alfonso Grimsley is a passionate and knowledgeable registered dietitian nutritionist who focuses on nourishing the mind, body, and soul. She received her undergraduate degree in dietetics and nutrition with a minor in food service and beverage management from Florida International University. She then completed her dietetic internship with the Miami Veterans Association Hospital in Miami, Florida.
Throughout the years, Ana has worked with patients of all ages with several underlying conditions. She strives to bring the best care to all her patients through her empathic nature. Currently, she is a renal dietician with DaVita Inc. and was recently named the Regional Point Dietician.
Ana’s passion for educating individuals on how to nourish their bodies has led her to open her private practice, Our Mustard Seed Nutrition. Through her private practice, Ana has been able to reach patients in all life stages. She encourages her patients not only to build a healthy relationship with food but also to take care of their mental and emotional well-being.
