Alex Roberts MS, RDN, CD is a clinical dietitian at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, Washington. She provides medical nutrition therapy and education to patients in the critical care unit.
Alex completed her MS in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and her Dietetic Internship Program from California Polytechnic State University.
She offers nutrition counseling to address diabetes and weight management through a healthy diet and lifestyle changes. This includes cooking demos and individualized health coaching to educate, engage, empower, inspire, and motivate her clients for a healthier self.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in the kitchen, exploring the outdoors and providing nutrition and wellness information to her family and friends.
